Our verdict
Sobha One World is a big bet on Hoskote, made by one of Bengaluru's most dependable builders. You get Sobha's construction, clear RERA dates and a price per sq ft below Whitefield; you pay for it with a six- to seven-year wait, high density and a carpet area that is well under two-thirds of the headline size.
It suits buyers who want a Sobha home and can wait until 2032–33, and investors comfortable holding through Hoskote's development. If you need to move in sooner or rely on the metro, look at ready or near-ready homes around Whitefield and Budigere instead.
