Prestige Estates Projects (Prestige Group) was founded in Bengaluru in 1986 and is listed. Prestige reports that more than 1,000 of the 1,788 homes were booked in the first two days; that figure comes from the developer and has not been confirmed independently.
The RERA promoter is reported as Apex Realty Management Pvt Ltd, which may be a Prestige company or the landowner — check who signs your agreement. No complaints or litigation specific to Parklane were found.
