Prestige Raintree Park is Prestige Group's township on Varthur Main Road (SH-35), opposite Varthur Lake near Hope Farm Junction, on the Whitefield–Varthur stretch of East Bengaluru. It is being built in phases, and two are now under construction:

- Phase 2 — Evergreen at Prestige Raintree Park (January 2026): about 24 acres, 14 towers, about 2,000 homes of 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK (659–2,513 sq ft). RERA completion 30 June 2030.
Phase 1 launched at about ₹14,500 per sq ft and is now quoted around ₹17,000. Evergreen opened at about ₹92 L for a 1 BHK (now sold out); its 2 BHK homes start at about ₹1.6–1.7 Cr. No third phase had been announced or RERA-registered as of 18 October 2026.
