Myhna Vistara is a high-rise community by Myhna Properties on CDP Road in Gunjur, East Bengaluru, between Varthur, Whitefield and Sarjapur Road. The 14-acre site has six towers of ground plus 31 floors (over two basements) and about 1,120 homes, and the developer says 86% of the land is open space with towers at least 115 ft apart.
The developer markets 3 BHK homes from 1,670 sq ft and 4 BHK homes up to about 2,485 sq ft, designed with three open sides, no common walls and 7 ft balconies. Its headline price is "starting at ₹1.80 Cr*", and published quotes run up to about ₹2.67 Cr for the largest 4 BHK.
Vistara was registered with Karnataka RERA on 4 February 2026 (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/040226/008447). The RERA completion date is 31 December 2030; the developer talks of a phased handover starting in 2029. Construction was around 15% complete (substructure) by August–October 2026.
It is the largest project Myhna has taken on. The company's earlier Gunjur project, Myhna Maple, received its occupancy certificate before its RERA deadline, which is a useful sign, but Vistara is two to three times bigger.

Myhna Properties Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2011 and is based on the ORR at Marathahalli; its MD is M. Karthikeyan. The company says it has developed about 12 lakh sq ft for over 1,000 families, almost all in the Gunjur–Varthur–Whitefield corridor.
Its RERA record is clean. Myhna Maple in Gunjur received its occupancy certificate on 14 January 2022, before its RERA date of 30 March 2022, with no complaints.
