Lodha Whitefield – Hope Farm Junction, Whitefield

About Lodha Whitefield

Lodha Whitefield is the upcoming residential project of Lodha Developers at Hope Farm Junction, Whitefield — which is why most buyers search for it as Lodha Hope Farm or Lodha Hopefarm. It sits beside the Hopefarm Channasandra metro station on the Purple Line (Lodha's own page says "1 min" away) and close to Alembic City, home to Google's campus, and ITPB.

As of October 2026 the project is at the expression-of-interest (EOI) stage. Lodha lists it as "upcoming" and has not yet published prices, sizes, unit counts or a possession date, and we could find no Karnataka RERA registration. What channel partners describe so far is a large-format project: about 8 acres, 6 towers, and 3.5, 4 and 5 BHK homes from roughly ₹3.75–4.5 Cr, at about ₹16,000 per sq ft. Treat every one of those figures as indicative until the RERA filing fixes them.

Lodha Developers (formerly Macrotech Developers) is a listed company with about 110 million sq ft delivered nationally. In Bengaluru it is newer: Lodha Mirabelle, Azur, Haven, Élanza and Beaumont Estate are all under construction or upcoming. Lodha Whitefield is its only project in Whitefield and East Bengaluru.

Highlights

  • Beside the Hopefarm Channasandra metro station on the running Purple Line
  • Next to Alembic City (Google) and about 10 minutes from ITPB, per Lodha
  • Large-format homes only: 3.5, 4 and 5 BHK reported by channel partners
  • About 8 acres and 6 towers reported — a relatively low-density site for Whitefield
  • Backed by Lodha Developers, a listed company with about 110 million sq ft delivered
  • Currently pre-launch: RERA registration, prices and possession date still to come

  • Backed by a large listed developer with strong national delivery
  • Early EOI may give priority in choosing a unit (partner claim)

  • Premium pricing of about ₹16,000 per sq ft versus a Whitefield average of about ₹13,000
  • High entry ticket of ₹3.75 Cr+ with no 2 or 3 BHK option reported
