About Abhee City Urban Glenn
Abhee City Urban Glenn is a 45-acre residential township by Abhee Ventures at Chikkavaderapura, Gunjur, on the Varthur–Sarjapur Road. It was announced in May 2026 under the name "Codename New Dimension" and was renamed Abhee City Urban Glenn when its first phase was registered with Karnataka RERA on 25 August 2026.
The master plan has 14 towers of two basements plus ground and 35 floors, about 3,000 homes, 85% open space and more than 140 amenities, designed by UHA London with RSP Architects around a Scottish theme. Headline features are a 3-acre golf driving range, a man-made lake and four clubhouses (Inverness, Glasgow, Edinburgh and St Andrews) totalling over 1.5 lakh sq ft.
Phase I is what you can buy today: three towers (numbered 4, 5 and 6) with 566 apartments on about 6 acres. Its RERA completion date is 31 December 2033. Earlier advertisements quoted December 2029, which does not match the registration.
Homes come as 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4.5 BHK, from about 1,180 to 2,556 sq ft. Prices start around ₹1.14–1.19 Cr for a 2 BHK, or about ₹10,000–11,600 per sq ft depending on what is included.

Channel-partner material says the golf range and lake are not part of the Phase I RERA filing and will come with later phases. Ask the developer which amenities are in your phase.
Possession date
The RERA registration for Phase I gives 31 December 2033. Pre-launch ads that said December 2029 do not match it, so plan your finances around 2033 unless the developer commits to an earlier date in the sale agreement.

The developer quotes about ₹9,950–10,250 per sq ft all-inclusive at the expression-of-interest stage, with a 2 BHK from about ₹1.19 Cr. Channel partners and press quote ₹11,000–11,600 per sq ft, which may exclude some charges. Ask for the developer's own cost sheet: buyers report different brokers quoting different prices for the same unit.

The RERA mirror shows no complaints against the promoter or land litigation, and we found no credible reports of delays. Two cautions: Urban Glenn (about 3,000 homes) is roughly three times larger than anything Abhee has built before, and Abhee projects tend to market dates well ahead of their RERA dates (Aaria: 2028 target vs 2031 RERA; Celestial City: 2027 vs 2029).
