Sowparnika Whispering Petals is Sowparnika Projects' newest and tallest apartment project in Hoskote, at Yelachanayakanapura about 2.5 km off Old Madras Road (NH-75). Launched on 10 November 2025, it has three towers of ground plus 19 floors with 762 homes on about 8 acres, and is the developer's fourth project in Hoskote.
This is the project most people mean today when they search "Sowparnika Hoskote": the developer's own older Hoskote pages (Indradhanush and Shivadhanush, next door) now point to Whispering Petals. A separate new Sowparnika launch in Hoskote, Sowparnika The Native (Codename Roots for Tomorrow), has its own guide.
Homes are 2 BHK of about 1,036–1,073 sq ft and 3 BHK of about 1,187–1,326 sq ft (super built-up); 1 BHK units were also launched. Prices start around ₹86 lakh for a 2 BHK, or about ₹8,300–8,800 per sq ft, which is below premium branded launches in Hoskote.
The project was registered with Karnataka RERA on 30 October 2025. The RERA completion date is 30 September 2032; the developer and portals market a target of October 2029.

The RERA record for Whispering Petals shows no complaints or land litigation, and we found no credible news reports of delays or consumer-court orders. One point to check: Indradhanush Phase I (RERA 2022) is still listed as partially ready, with possession May 2027. Visiting a finished Sowparnika project in Hoskote is the best way to judge build quality.
