Prestige Windgates is a name channel partners have used since mid-2026 for a Prestige Group apartment project on Thanisandra Main Road in North Bengaluru, close to Manyata Tech Park. As of 1 November 2026 we could not find a single first-hand confirmation of it: no Karnataka RERA registration, no Prestige press release or project page, and no listing on the larger portals such as Housiey or Square Yards.
What exists is a handful of broker sites, one PropNewz review built on those broker claims, and an HNA Proptech table (October 2026) that lists it as pre-launch from ₹92 lakh for 2 to 4 BHK. The broker pages do not even agree with each other: one set describes about 7 acres, 4 towers of 31 floors and about 750 homes; another describes about 12.65 acres and roughly 400 homes in mid-rise towers.

Broker pages give May 2030, 30 October 2030 and 30 October 2031 for possession, sometimes on the same site. None of these is a commitment; a binding date only comes with the Karnataka RERA registration.

About the developer: Prestige Group
Prestige Estates Projects (Prestige Group) was founded in Bengaluru in 1986 and is listed on the NSE and BSE. It reported record pre-sales of ₹30,024 Cr in FY26 and, in late October 2026, said it plans about ₹40,000 Cr of housing launches in the second half of FY27 across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Hyderabad. It did not name the projects, and we found no Prestige document that mentions Windgates.
Prestige already has projects on Thanisandra Main Road, including Prestige Camden Gardens (RERA registered in 2024). Who owns the Windgates land, and which Prestige company would be the promoter, is unknown until a RERA filing.
