About Brigade Granada
Brigade Granada is the name channel partners use for Brigade Group's planned township on Whitefield–Hoskote Road at Sannatammanahalli, between Kadugodi and Old Madras Road in East Bengaluru. Brigade has not used the name "Granada" in any filing or press release we could find, and one news report calls the project Brigade WTC Whitefield.
What Brigade has confirmed is the land. Through its subsidiary Ananthay Properties, it signed for about 20 acres on Whitefield–Hoskote Road in January 2025 (homes, about 2.5 million sq ft) and bought another 20.19 acres on the same corridor in July 2025 for a mixed-use project. Channel partners now describe one township of about 40 acres with about 2,000 homes in 13–14 high-rise towers, an office tower and a 400-key hotel.
As of 1 November 2026 there is no Karnataka RERA registration. Channel partners are taking expressions of interest at indicative all-inclusive prices from about ₹1.07 Cr for a 730 sq ft 1 BHK to about ₹3.99 Cr for a 2,760 sq ft 4 BHK, and quote possession around December 2031. None of this is binding until the RERA filing.

Both purchases were made through Ananthay Properties Pvt Ltd. Brigade has not said whether the two parcels adjoin each other or that both form "Granada"; the 40-acre figure comes from channel partners and news reports adding the two together.
Possession date
One channel partner quotes 31 January 2031 and older pages say 2030. A date only becomes binding when the project is registered with Karnataka RERA, and a township of this size will be built in phases, so later towers will finish after the first.

About the developer: Brigade Group
Brigade Enterprises was founded in Bengaluru in 1986 by M. R. Jaishankar and is listed on the BSE and NSE. It builds homes, offices, malls and hotels, and owns Orion Uptown Mall about a kilometre from this site. In October 2026 it announced a plan to invest about ₹40,000 Cr over three years across about 40 million sq ft, and said it holds licences for new World Trade Centers at Devanahalli and Whitefield.
The land here is held by Ananthay Properties Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned Brigade subsidiary; the RERA promoter will be confirmed in the filing. No complaints or litigation have been reported for this project. Elsewhere, the environmental clearance for Brigade's Morgan Heights project in Chennai was revoked in May 2026, which Brigade is contesting.
