SBR Minara is a high-rise apartment project by Bengaluru's SBR Group at Seegehalli, on Whitefield–Hoskote Road, just east of Kadugodi. Portals list it under Whitefield or KR Puram; the RERA address is Seegehalli, Bengaluru East taluk, PIN 560067. It has three towers (A, B and C) of 2 basements, ground and 27, 28 or 34 floors on about 3.7–3.9 acres, with a 40,000 sq ft clubhouse.

The project was registered with Karnataka RERA on 12 September 2022 as PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/120922/005238. The RERA completion date is 31 August 2027, and SBR markets possession from August 2027. The promoter on the RERA record is SBR Infra Buildtech, a partnership firm in the SBR Group.

Homes run from a 920 sq ft 2 BHK to a 3,767 sq ft 5 BHK penthouse. In November 2026, prices start at about ₹93 lakh for a 2 BHK; the developer's own site quotes 2.5 BHK from ₹1.50 Cr and 3.5 BHK from ₹2.39 Cr, and penthouses reach about ₹4 Cr. That is roughly ₹11,000–11,900 per sq ft for current developer stock. Tower C is now open for booking, and resale (assignment) flats in Towers A and B are also on the market.

One thing to know before you read portal pages: most of them still describe 445–447 homes. The developer's site now says 665, and the RERA record, after a plan change approved in early 2026 to use TDR, shows 676. More homes now share the same land and clubhouse than the original brochure described.

Amenity lists differ between the developer site and portals (claims range from 23 to 50+). Open-space claims also differ: 50% (JLL), about 61% (buyer forum) and 70% (other listings).

About the developer: SBR Group

SBR Group is a Bengaluru developer based at SBR Horizon, Seegehalli, working mainly in East Bengaluru. Sources give its start as 2003 or 2007; its own site says 17+ years. It works through separate partnership firms for each project — SBR Minara's promoter is SBR Infra Buildtech, and the RERA record shows no other projects registered by that firm. Portals count 8 completed and 2–6 ongoing projects; we could not verify the completed list beyond the RERA records below.

On the RERA mirror, SBR Horizon (226 units, Seegehalli) is marked completed against its June 2021 date and SBR Towers (commercial, Sarjapur Road) against September 2024, with no complaints recorded for either. SBR Earth & Sky's date was 30 September 2026, and its status there is unclear. On a buyer forum, one 2023 buyer complained that the project was behind schedule and that the builder stopped responding after loan payments began; later posts were positive. That is one buyer's account and is not verified.
