Prestige Garden Breeze (also written "Garden Breez") is the newest apartment phase of The Prestige City, Prestige Group's roughly 180-acre township at Yamare and Ittangur on the Sarjapur–Marathahalli Road, between Dommasandra and Sarjapur town. Prestige announced the launch to the stock exchanges on 17 September 2026: about 10 acres, 4 towers and 655 homes, roughly 0.93 million sq ft of saleable area and an estimated development value of about ₹1,100 Cr.
The homes are 2 and 3 BHK from 1,081 to 1,789 sq ft. Portal and channel-partner quotes in September–October 2026 start at about ₹1.39 Cr for a 2 BHK and go to about ₹2.30 Cr for the largest 3 BHK. The project is registered with Karnataka RERA as PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/080926/008919. Sources disagree on the completion date: June 2030 on some, November 2030 on others.
Several pre-launch pages from August 2026 still describe a different project — 3 towers, about 350 homes, only 3 and 4 BHK of 1,900–2,600 sq ft from ₹2.28 Cr, and an EOI with no RERA. Those figures were never confirmed by Prestige, and the launched project does not match them.

All numbers start with PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/. Land, home counts and dates for the older phases come from portals and have not been checked against the RERA certificates; portals also list Aspen Greens (villas) and Great Acres (plots) in the township. PropNewz called Garden Breeze "Phase 7" and HomznSpace calls it the final phase; Prestige has not used either label.
Possession date
Housiey gives 1 June 2030 as the RERA date, while Square Yards, PropertyPistol and the HomznSpace payment schedule give November 2030. Read the completion date on the RERA certificate before you sign, and plan for November 2030 to be safe.

Prestige Estates Projects (Prestige Group) was founded in Bengaluru in 1986 and is listed on the BSE and NSE. In its launch filing it reported 319 completed projects (about 216 million sq ft) and 137 projects in progress as of June 2026. It recorded ₹30,024 Cr of pre-sales in FY26 and ₹7,225 Cr of bookings in July–September 2026, the quarter Garden Breeze launched.
The Prestige City has been sold in phases since 2021, and the early phases (Avalon Park, Eden Park, Meridian Park) are delivered or nearing delivery, so buyers can visit finished towers in the same township before deciding. No complaints or litigation specific to Garden Breeze were found; Housiey reports none.
