Other figures in circulation run from 2029–30 to March 2031; PropNewz estimates first occupation in late 2030 to early 2031. A 39-floor tower usually takes four to five years from launch, so if the launch slips into 2027, expect delivery to slip with it. The binding date will be the one in the RERA registration.

In July–September 2026 it reported pre-sales of ₹2,136 Cr (up 62%) at an average of ₹11,651 per sq ft.
Puravankara has not said who the RERA promoter will be, and the January 2025 announcement did not name the seller or say whether the land was bought outright.
