Our verdict
Abhee City Urban Glenn offers township living at a price below the big brands, in the strongest school belt of East Bengaluru. For a family with young children and no rush to move, the amenities and open space are hard to match at ₹10,000–11,600 per sq ft.
The risks are time and scale. Phase I has a RERA date of December 2033, the headline amenities arrive in later phases, and the developer has never built a project this large. Buy if you are comfortable with a 7-year horizon and can see the developer's progress on Celestial City and Aaria next door; otherwise compare it with DSR The Address (RERA 2029) or Mana Skanda The Right Life (2029–2031).

Abhee Ventures: delivery record
Abhee Ventures was founded in 2009 in Bengaluru by R Nagaraj Reddy and works mainly along Sarjapur Road, Whitefield and Electronic City. Its website lists 21 projects, 13 completed and 8 ongoing, including Abhee Riviera Royale, Abhee Pride, Abhee King's Court and Silicon Shine, and the ongoing Abhee Aaria (1,017 homes) and Abhee Celestial City.
The RERA mirror shows no complaints against the promoter or land litigation, and we found no credible reports of delays. Two cautions: Urban Glenn (about 3,000 homes) is roughly three times larger than anything Abhee has built before, and Abhee projects tend to market dates well ahead of their RERA dates (Aaria: 2028 target vs 2031 RERA; Celestial City: 2027 vs 2029).
