Our verdict
Brigade owns the land and plans a large mixed-use township close to Old Madras Road, which is a solid starting point. But as of November 2026 even the basics — acreage, tower height and unit mix — are coming from channel partners, and nothing is fixed until the RERA filing.
If you like the location, a small refundable EOI with a receipt from Brigade can hold your place in the queue. Do not pay more until the project has a RERA number and you have seen Brigade's own cost sheet. If you want a registered home in the same belt today, compare Sobha One World.

- Possession around December 2031 at best, with later phases after that
- About ₹20,600–21,600 per sq ft of carpet at the quoted prices
- About 7–10 km from ITPL and the main Whitefield offices, further than the "Whitefield" label suggests

- Buyers who want a Brigade home on the Whitefield–Hoskote side and can wait until the 2030s
- Families looking at 3 BHK and larger homes inside a mixed-use campus

Brigade Group: delivery record
Brigade Enterprises was founded in Bengaluru in 1986 by M. R. Jaishankar and is listed on the BSE and NSE. It builds homes, offices, malls and hotels, and owns Orion Uptown Mall about a kilometre from this site. In October 2026 it announced a plan to invest about ₹40,000 Cr over three years across about 40 million sq ft, and said it holds licences for new World Trade Centers at Devanahalli and Whitefield.
The land here is held by Ananthay Properties Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned Brigade subsidiary; the RERA promoter will be confirmed in the filing. No complaints or litigation have been reported for this project. Elsewhere, the environmental clearance for Brigade's Morgan Heights project in Chennai was revoked in May 2026, which Brigade is contesting.
