Where is Nambiar District 25?
The township is at the Dommasandra end of Sarjapur Road, between Dommasandra circle and Muthanallur, close to Wipro's Kodathi campus and the schools along Sarjapur Road. It is quieter and cheaper than the Outer Ring Road end of Sarjapur Road but further from the big tech parks.
The metro is the long-term story: the Hebbal–Sarjapur line (Phase 3A) has a planned Muthanalluru Cross station about 600 m away, but the line still needs central approval and opening estimates range from 2033 to 2038. The nearest working metro is the Yellow Line on Hosur Road, about 8 km away.
