It suits families who want a big, active township and can wait. Pick your phase by completion date, compare carpet areas, and don't count on the metro before the mid-2030s.

Nambiar Builders has built on Sarjapur Road since 2009 — Nambiar Bellezea (villas, completed), Ellegenza Phase 1 (completed), Millenia (nearing completion) and Ellegenza Purple Crest (under construction). District 25 won "Integrated Township of the Year" at the Times Business Awards 2025.
