Our verdict
There is not enough public information to judge Prestige Windgates as a project. All we can confirm is that brokers are using the name and quoting from ₹92 lakh for a 2 BHK on Thanisandra Main Road. Until Prestige announces it or it appears on the Karnataka RERA portal, treat it as a rumour with a price tag.
If you want to hold a place, pay only a small, fully refundable EOI to a Prestige company account, with the terms in writing. Do not sign an agreement or pay a share of the price before registration. If you need certainty now, look at registered projects in Thanisandra instead.

Prestige Group: delivery record
Prestige Estates Projects (Prestige Group) was founded in Bengaluru in 1986 and is listed on the NSE and BSE. It reported record pre-sales of ₹30,024 Cr in FY26 and, in late October 2026, said it plans about ₹40,000 Cr of housing launches in the second half of FY27 across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Hyderabad. It did not name the projects, and we found no Prestige document that mentions Windgates.
Prestige already has projects on Thanisandra Main Road, including Prestige Camden Gardens (RERA registered in 2024). Who owns the Windgates land, and which Prestige company would be the promoter, is unknown until a RERA filing.

- Check whether the project you are offered is Windgates or the 3-acre "Prestige Thanisandra" project
- Search the Karnataka RERA portal for Prestige registrations in Thanisandra before every payment
