A June 2026 portal quote of ₹66 L for a 30x40 (about ₹5,500 per sq ft) was from before the RERA registration and has been superseded. Ask Sattva for the price sheet in writing; 30x45 and 30x60 sizes come from channel partners, while Sattva itself lists 20x30, 30x40 and 40x50.
