Where is SBR Minara?
Seegehalli is the stretch of Whitefield–Hoskote Road just past Kadugodi, where Whitefield's older village edge meets newer high-rises. The site fronts the main road, with SBR's own completed SBR Horizon project and a cinema within a few hundred metres, and Aaxis Hospitals about 1–1.6 km away. It is a Whitefield address in practice — ITPL is 4–5.5 km away — but on the Hoskote side, so the daily drive to the Outer Ring Road or Marathahalli runs through Kadugodi and Hope Farm junctions.
The biggest change for this belt was the Purple Line extension to Whitefield (Kadugodi), open since March 2023 and about 2 km from the site. Old Madras Road (NH-75) is about 4.4 km north, and the Satellite Town Ring Road meets it at Hoskote. Whitefield–Hoskote Road and the Kadugodi junction are busy at peak hours; visit at 9 am and 6 pm before deciding.

SBR Minara is one of the few projects on the Whitefield–Hoskote side that will be ready in 2027; most large launches nearby finish in the 2030s. Sobha One World on Old Madras Road starts at about ₹1.09 Cr with RERA completion dates from July 2032, and Brigade's planned Brigade Granada on the same road is still pre-RERA, quoted from about ₹1.07 Cr.
