Our verdict
SBR Minara suits buyers who want a high-rise home near the Whitefield metro with possession in about a year rather than in the 2030s. The location and timeline are its strengths; the price is not low for Seegehalli, and the 2026 plan change means many more homes on a small plot than early buyers were shown.
Before booking, check the tower-wise progress on site, ask for the approved revised plan, and compare carpet areas. If you are buying a resale flat, confirm SBR's transfer consent and fee in writing. Plan around the RERA date of 31 August 2027 and leave room for a short delay.

SBR Group: delivery record
SBR Group is a Bengaluru developer based at SBR Horizon, Seegehalli, working mainly in East Bengaluru. Sources give its start as 2003 or 2007; its own site says 17+ years. It works through separate partnership firms for each project — SBR Minara's promoter is SBR Infra Buildtech, and the RERA record shows no other projects registered by that firm. Portals count 8 completed and 2–6 ongoing projects; we could not verify the completed list beyond the RERA records below.
On the RERA mirror, SBR Horizon (226 units, Seegehalli) is marked completed against its June 2021 date and SBR Towers (commercial, Sarjapur Road) against September 2024, with no complaints recorded for either. SBR Earth & Sky's date was 30 September 2026, and its status there is unclear. On a buyer forum, one 2023 buyer complained that the project was behind schedule and that the builder stopped responding after loan payments began; later posts were positive. That is one buyer's account and is not verified.
