The site is in the Carmelaram–Kodathi belt, inside the old Chikkakannalli and Hadosiddapura village limits, with the Bengaluru–Hosur railway line and Carmelaram station a few minutes away. It is about 1.2 km off Sarjapur Road itself, which makes the project quieter than the main road but means every trip starts on narrow village roads. The address uses PIN 560035; Godrej's Phase 2 page gives Kodathi Village, Varthur Hobli, 560087 with survey numbers 174 to 177.
The main draw is jobs: RGA Tech Park is next door and Wipro, the Sarjapur Road offices and the ORR tech parks at Bellandur are 6 to 20 minutes away off-peak. The weak point is transit. There is no metro nearby today. The planned Red Line (Phase 3A, Hebbal–Sarjapura) has a Carmelaram station about 3 km away, but it is still waiting for central approval, and the revised plan of February 2026 dropped the proposed Kodathi Gate station and pushed the target to around 2033.
