Where is Nikoo Homes 9?
The site is in the KIADB Aerospace Park and Hardware Park belt, between New Airport Road (NH-44) and Bagalur. Jobs nearby include the aerospace and defence park, the hardware park and the airport itself, which drives rental demand.
The trade-off is that today it is car-dependent and close to an industrial belt. The Blue Line metro's Hebbal–airport section is targeted for September 2027, with the full line by March 2028. Bhartiya City and its mall on Thanisandra Main Road are some distance away — this is a separate site, not part of that township.
