Where is Prestige Parklane?
The project sits among aerospace and defence units in Phase 2 of the KIADB park, north-east of the airport. Prestige's wider holding here is reported to include data centres, a warehouse and a manufacturing block, so this is an employment district rather than a residential neighbourhood — good for renting out, less so if you want a quiet suburb.
