Akshayanagar and Begur sit between Bannerghatta Road and Hosur Road, near Begur Lake, with Hulimavu, Gottigere and Bommanahalli around them. The area has matured with Prestige's Song of the South, DLF Newtown and many gated communities, and is well placed for Electronic City and Bannerghatta Road offices.
