Mana Verdant Terraces is a solid choice for a large 3 BHK close to the ORR, from a developer that knows Sarjapur Road. Its weak points are time — 2031 — and the road itself until the metro lines arrive.
Compare carpet areas and ask Mana for an official cost sheet, since portal prices vary widely. Ask, too, what will be built on the rest of the site and when.
